First Blog Update of 2019

Hey, everyone. I hope you're all doing well. I'm doing so-so, but that's life. Anyway, I've published two novels since my last post, the latest installment of my magical Paladin Academy series, which you can learn more about clicking HERE, and the first installment of a new series called The Dandy Monsters, now available on Amazon as an eBook, which you can find clicking HERE.

To those of you who don't know, the Paladin Academy series is one of the first ever novel series that I've started working on. I've had to redo the whole thing, though, so it's definitely better than when some comments might have been posted. It is a fantasy series that follows the adventures of four students of a prestigious school that has its own magic department, who must deal with the antics of their magic teacher who enjoys tormenting others with his pranks, the quirkiness that comes with a life of magic, and villains emerging from the shadows to take the mysterious powers that one of the students has for their plans.

The new series, The Dandy Monsters, takes place in a world of magic, but separate from the world of Paladin Academy. In the world of the Dandy Monsters, there are different laws of magic, and its existence, as well as those of monsters and fairy creatures remain hidden from most humans. This new series follows an ordinary human boy, Jay Lin, who ends up having a vampire stepbrother who works in a coffee shop run by a werewolf, who also happened to be a top-class sleuth. I hope you'll all follow along as Jay narrates the exploits of his former gentleman thief stepbrother and the werewolf detective who solves case after case of magical crimes.

As of now, I'm focused on one of my oldest works, which I've put off for too long taking care of all the other works I've already published on Amazon. And I'm also working on a new standalone novel, which is pretty much a compilation of shorter stories about gamers playing a fantasy/scifi-type virtual reality game.

That's all the news I've got for you. This has been Victor Kwok, signing off, hopefully not for very long.

Happy reading!
