Poem: A Day Like Any Other

A day like any other
The sound of fingers clack
As motors whistle
The winds gently sing
And within electronic words recited

The hot rays outside
Shielded by walls of a box
Yet warmth tickles the skin
And slumber sounds are yielded

Letters are birthed
And their world flickers
Between the world of words and the world of pictures
Stories are witnessed
Stories are crafted

Yet with all sounds, there is Quiet
Amid this world of chaos, there is Peace
Against the churning stomach, there is Relaxed
Thus, it is a day like any other
